News - Integration of KRONEN GmbH into CIRET GROUP
Kronen-Hansa-Werk GmbH & Co. KG and the CIRET in Wangen in Germany have been co-operating for many years as reliable partners.
In a strategic reorientation the Kronen-Hansa-Werk GmbH & Co. KG   has separated its activities in the professional retail and wholesale sectors for painting accessories on the 13th of April, 2006, establishing the new KRONEN GmbH and merged as a subsidiary into CIRET HOLDINGS AG. The administration of the new company including purchasing, production, sales, warehousing and logistics will move to Wangen.
With this step CIRET has closed the gap between the established paint dealer distribution and paint manufacturers (ROTAPLAST!) and the retail chains (KANA).
The strategic target is a sustainable group growth of CIRET in Germany and Europe as well as the expansion of KRONEN sales into paint dealer and retail distribution. These activities will be supported by various promotions and marketing tools which will be deployed step by step in the coming months.
The sales team, product range and target segments remain independent and unchanged.
